Philippa Fox Party Outfit

There must be a very special party going on in the woods as Philippa only wears her favourite dress to the smartest of occasions! 

Each kit contains everything you need to make this outfit (except a needle and scissors): embroidery thread, soft wool mix felt, ribbon, Velcro, fabric and clear detailed instructions, pattern and stitch guide.

Please note that this is an archive kit with very limited stocks. It comes in a cellophane bag and the thread is not from DMC.
